We love when Toyota introduces special edition trim levels on their vehicles, especially considering how often those special variants turn into trim levels across the whole lineup. Nightshade certainly comes to mind, perhaps even TRD would fall under that umbrella. Late last month, Toyota introduced a new variant for the 2022 Toyota Sienna called the Woodland Special Edition. With a release date of sometime this fall, we thought we’d look over the features that come standard in the trim level.

What comes standard in the Woodland Special Edition?
The hybrid Toyota Sienna has undergone a lot of exciting changes in recent memory, but this is no less exciting than. The Woodland Special Edition is ready to tackle any adventure thanks to a host of upgrades and enhancements sure to entice the most adventurous among you. Available in either Midnight Black Metallic or the exclusive Cement exterior color, the Woodland Special Edition offers the following features as standard:
- All-wheel Drive; featuring increased ground clearance
- 1500W capable power outlet
- Tow hitch; featuring 3,500-pound towing capacity
- Roof rails; featuring crossbars
- Black sport trimmed seats; featuring unique contrast stitching color
- 18” wheels
- Dark chrome-colored accents
- Black badging throughout
- Navigation system
- JBL 1200 W Sound System; featuring 12 speakers
While it’s still the hybrid minivan we all know and love at heart, this is certainly the most adventure-ready version of the vehicle we’ve ever seen. Not only does it look the part, but it delivers a few features that are sure to enhance your time hitting the forests and trails, such as its standard roof rails and tow hitch.
