Very happy with Steve and Matt. Steve was easy to talk to and made things a smooth transition. Matt was great in the finance dept. explained everything thoroughly. And gave me information to take the next step. Tom on the other hand was ok. Great at explaining why they’re negotiating certain ways and showing me on paper. which i respected. But his comments like announcing across the sales floor “ we have a customer who doesn’t like the value of the trade in what a shocker”. I did not like that and and almost lost interest strictly on his comment and how he said it. But over all this truly was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had working with a dealership. Also. I did not work with John Gould this time. I have had him as a sales man 10+ years ago. And was so happy with him that i can remember him now so that is why i still give him a good review.

Wonderful experience
My wife and I visited three Toyota dealers wanting to order a new Toyota Tacoma truck and could not find anyone to order a truck for us. We received the same story from all the dealerships - it would be 2-3 months (which was fine with us) and would then try to talk us in to one that would not take as long but was not what we really wanted. I heard about White's Toyota from a co-worker telling me that they would treat us well and we were not disappointed. From the time we walked in the door until the time we exited the dealership with a new Tacoma, they were there to help and to accommodate. Adrian and Tom were the best and we are very grateful and thankful for all their efforts. They went beyond and they treated us wonderfully. We highly recommend this dealership.

Allan Nott is top-notch from top to bottom. We leased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline on the second to last day of the year. We received fantastic treatment and service from John Gould, our salesman of many years. Bailee Cliff, who showed us the ins and outs of the vehicles interior and Matt Ricker in finance who made our transaction smooth and painless. This probably the 5th or 6th lease we’ve gotten from Allan Nott and we have purchased vehicles also. We appreciate them always being respectful and willing to negotiate, unlike other dealers in town. To be honest, I absolutely despise purchasing new vehicles because of the back and forth hassle they seem to enjoy putting you through. Yet, I’ve never felt this way with John and Allan Nott’s. That’s is absolutely THE reason why we’ve gotten so many vehicles from them and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks!

My salesman, John Gould, once again went the extra mile to get the best price for my trade-in and new car purchase. Tony explained clearly what my cost would be and what extras I might purchase. From there I met Josh who went over all the features of my new car, sometimes explaining two or three times - always with patience and a smile. I have been back to the same dealership for my last nine vehicles and I do so because of the integrity and knowledge of John Gould; I consider him a great friend. The atmosphere at Allan Nott makes one feel totally welcome!

This is the third time we have purchased from this dealership - November ‘16, December ‘18 and yesterday. Our first purchase was with Marcia Sites and we have requested her for our subsequent purchases. She is very knowledgeable and personable. The whole process from beginning to end took a little less than 3 hours - test drive, application process and final signing. We received a fair price for our trade in and love our new CR-V!

I’m a fan of Allan Nott! Lima is a 2+ hour drive from me; it’s not necessarily a convenient drive, but I am so glad I made the trek because the staff we worked with made my buying process worth it. My sales person, Marcia, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. When I inquired about a test drive and scheduled a time to come in she already had it pulled up, washed, and ready to go! We were able to thoroughly go through all the features and try out the driving experience on some city and rural roads. Marcia was smart, fun and easy to work with! When I decided to move forward with my purchase she was great helping keep the process moving forward smoothly. We worked with Matt in finance to finalize my transaction and he is a complete hoot! Also extremely sharp, Matt did a great job explaining the warranty options in detail and also financing strategy. Really happy we had these two incredible folks to work with and I would definitely recommend Allan Nott to any of my family or friends!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!
My husband and I visited the dealership to look for a Ridgeline as his "Retirement Truck", We were greeted by Ben Hashbarger, who answered all our questions and was knowledgeable in all aspects of Honda Retiree services. After test driving a vehicle, and deciding to purchase, he found exactly what we were looking for at another dealership.! He even took some time to show me the features of my CRV that I wasn't aware of because it was a surprise present from my husband at my retirement party a few years ago. Definitely going above and beyond in service! We were there on a Monday, the truck was delivered and pinstriped, and we picked it up on a Friday! He even scheduled my 2017 CRV for service that morning so we could get both things accomplished at the same time. His follow up was great, and knowing I was a Buckeye fan, he asked if I wanted my CRV pinstriped while there for service.......and it looks AWESOME!! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to get her first car! From Avery (Sales) to Josh (Finance) these two gentlemen worked very diligently and dedicated alot of time to make sure we got the car we wanted. They updated me and stayed in contact frequently. They even went along with my plan of convincing my daughter she was getting an older car that we were approved for. She was unaware these gentlemen helped me get her financed for her favorite car!.....A 2016 Honda Civic!! They helped me surprise her and even found a bow to put on the car!!!! The price was perfect. They got our payment right where we were comfortable and wanted it also! Everyone at this dealership was super polite, friendly and genuinely happy for her getting her first car! She talked about everyone the entire way home. She and I were very happy with the service, attention and dedication from the entire staff! I wish all businesses treated people the way Allan Nott does
I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wanted in stock... No problem, Dylan Legge got me in the car I wanted within 24 hours. He was great. He wasn't pushy and answered every question I had. When it came time to pick the car up, he was unavailable but Jon Cox was happy to show me the car and answer my questions. Steve Cox was was also very pleasant. I don't know what to say about Matt Ricker. I've known him for years and he is excellent to deal with. He's a great guy and Allan Nott is lucky to have him. Jerry Lewis should be embarrassed driving him there. Hayden Best has to be some sort of genius for remembering what every lever, switch, button does and how to navigate the menu tree of every car on the lot. I can't remember how to change the ringtone on my iPhone. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a quality Japanese car (Toyota, Honda). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely care about your satisfaction.

Dylan was great. Very easy to work with and worked really hard to get us a good deal. This our 3rd time buying a car from here and all the other salesman left! Dylan made things simple and showed us the numbers and definitely will return again in the future! Haden also did a good job explaining the features since there’s so much new tech getting implemented! But Josh one of the finance guys was different. Very pushy and wanted things to be done quick. What I have noticed from past experience is that all the finance people I have dealt with are the same, always in a hurry!

From the initial contact.... to being shown the differences between models... to the negotiation process... to the delivery - I can find nothing to fault! And while I wound up with a payment about $50 more than I had intended to spend - they made me feel good about it! And I love the car.

So, a week or so ago I purchased my red 200 Chrysler...
So, a week or so ago I purchased my red 200 Chrysler Convertible. I searched for a few days through tru guru, carvana, and other major car selling sites. I reached out to the dealership and within no time they were in contract with me. I don't remember a time when I felt like that were calling me too much, or threatened by other buyers. I found the car online and immediately wanted to visit the car. Instead of making an appointment since the car was local to me, I took an unannounced trip to the dealership. I was immediately greeted by Josh Hawkins who I later found out we had been speaking before I arrived via email about the car. From the time I arrived, things sort of just fell into place with this car and I. Josh was in constant contact with me and the bank, he was honest with me and my options. He was readily available to answer all calls about the car. But during the signing, there was some miscommunication (my mom and I felt) by not telling us that they would be changing the buyer and the co-buyer around, nor was it explained. And maybe that was our fault for not stopping the process and questioning right then and there. But other than that the experience with White's was exceptional! Now fast forward to today, I get an email from Josh saying that I had over paid them with the down payment and that my check would be ready for me to pick up. The honesty and integrity of the company. They had many options, they could have just applied it to the next month, applied it to the principle, KEEP IT! But they didn't! And for that I KNEW I had to write a review!

I have to say the best part about getting a new car was Josh Hawkins. He was the best salesman I’ve ever talked with.
