We were traveling to Massillon OH and there was no way to avoid hitting a 5 x 5 block of wood which fell off a simi trailer smack dab under our car, worrying about under carriage damage we called White's who set us up to drop off on our way home, rented us a car to travel home with and worked us in to get the car damage reviewed by the service department. They saved the day for us and we so very much appreciated their time and courtesy and the the rental which was great!

Good communication. Wish at least my first service came with a free car wash. Seat cover and floor mat was left in vehicle for me to dispose of.

The service team was courteous and the service department was very clean. I did not have any issues scheduling my tire rotation and oil change. This is our 5th Toyota vehicle.
The service people are very friendly and accommodating. The scheduling of specific services could be better. I was there over 6 hours on an oil change and a camera update. They didn’t explain the scenarios related to the product recall.

The buying experience overall was ok. I appreciate how you all showed the way you came up with pricing on my vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, it was apparent that the previous owner was a smoker (I didn't initially notice it as my nose isn't what it used to be. My wife later pointed it out). I would have appreciated more transparency with this during the purchasing process along with an explanation of what you all do to mitigate it.
They service my vehicle in a timely manner. The waiting area is pleasant and they are professional.

We were constantly being updated on the status of our Rav. When it was discovered we were going to need a part that was not in stock we were given a car to use to drive home. When the part didn't come in the next day (Friday) we were told we could use the rental still at no cost. Even while we were waiting in the waiting room of the dealership, staff were checking on us .

I have bought 4 vehicles through Ashley. 1st one she was at differnt dealership. When she went to whites I told my husband we had to go there. I sent friends family and co workers to her. Shes not pushy and listens to what you want. They didnt have the van color I wanted in stock but she found one and had it waiting on us 2 days later

I had brought my Toyota in back in December because a fuse to my map light and garage door buttons kept burning out. They replaced a map light assembly stating it had a shorten it. This was a $1300 repair. One month later the fuse blew again, so I called and made an appointment for my vehicle. I waited about 30 minutes and was told my garage door opener works. Our salesman Robby was very nice to my wife and i. We looked the vehicle over and took it for a test drive. He listened to our questions and got answers to all of them. This dealership is top notch and the manager was a very nice person. We ended up buying the vehicle. After we purchased the vehicle. A nice young man named Brian went over all the options on the vehicle so we can be more knowledgeable on how they work.

Met with sales rep, drove a vehicle and liked but wanted to find one in my price range so sales rep spent time with me to find what I liked. He found the right vehicle and within 24 hours we owned a beautiful new RAV4.
My appointment was at 8am and I was there about 10 minutes early. I was only having my tires rotated and a light bulb changed and it took almost 90 minutes. The service is fine there but it consistently takes way too long for what I need completed.

Got rim replaced the tire was not installed properly they ripped valve stem when installing tire on new rim. My tire went completely while driving on new rim they did except any responsibility like it was no big deal

They don’t stock parts for most vehicles and not my car. I don’t like scheduling an appointment when I need a tire. Thimbs down.
I was incredibly disappointed by this experience with Toyota. I had done a lot of the work installing the wiring harness, taking off the panels in the trunk to access the connections and I kept all of the screws and pieces to put the trunk back together in a bag with the other components of the wiring harness. I wasn’t told what to expect or updated at all when I arrived and during my wait. After five hours I was given a bill for almost 560 dollars. The service department does a great job of communicating throughout the process not only on the service but makes sure to review the potential items on the checklist so I can plan accordingly.
Glove department was lying on floor when ready to leave .I don’t know they even put old filter back in

The whole dealership is easy to deal with . Grant Criblez is excellent to negotiate . We were looking for a car for our daughter living in Cincinnati. We could buy the car down there in Cincinnati but White Toyota dealership was reasonable, fair and friendly. That’s why I keep coming back. This is the 5th one I bought here.

Looked at the trucks online to see what was available. Went to Lima to look at the vehicles and was able to test drive them on the same day. Staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered a truck and received it in a matter of a week!

We have always been very satisfied with service at this dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter was still on the floor, so I had to return to the dealership for them to figure out where it went and put it back on. Then when I got home, I discovered that the trunk liner was pulled up with the battery cover still off. Guy is dishonest and uses every slimey trick in the hard sales book to screw you over. If you get him at the dealership, run, don’t walk away.
