The sales manager was willing to work with me to get the deal done, and the associate who accompanied me on our test drive was very knowledgeable. My salesperson was nice enough, but very green.

Looked at the trucks online to see what was available. Went to Lima to look at the vehicles and was able to test drive them on the same day. Staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered a truck and received it in a matter of a week!

I gave the whole experience 5 stars only because I couldn't give more! David was great to work with and held true to Everything he promised. Special Thanks to Bib Overall Guy who removed pieces off the car from original owner. It was a cold rainy day but where he parked the car I got to watch him. We have always been very satisfied with service at this dealership in the past. However, when I got this car back this week following its' 20,000 mile service, one of the parts from the cabin air filter was still on the floor, so I had to return to the dealership for them to figure out where it went and put it back on. Then when I got home, I discovered that the trunk liner was pulled up with the battery cover still off. Fortunately I was able to reattach the cover to the battery compartment myself, but it was still surprising ...

I went in to have my 2017 CRV serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes with no issues whatsoever.

Completed on time and no issues
The service department was ready for my 30,000 mile appointment. They were very courteous & greeted me. After checking the car over they felt it needed a wheel alignment and asked my permission first. When completed the service personnel went over my check list to be sure I understood what was done. I was in & out in an hour. I was pleased with the service . I would recommend White’s Toyota of Lima.

What “experience” are you referring to? We had a good experience with Ben Rees when buying a used 2017!Sienna and a terrible experience on the same day when getting our 2012 Sienna serviced.
Recently, White's service department was able to fit me in at the last minute before Christmas for an oil change and to address a problem with one of my tires. Although they couldn't explain to me why my left front tire to lose air pressure, the problem does seem to have been solved, which is good. However, my main complaint is that during the same appointment, they recommended a handful of other repairs based on the mileage of my vehicle. This was frustrating because they had already completed several of those repairs in the last year, maybe 10,000 miles ...
They would not honor an online coupon they had sent me for a full synthetic oil change. They told me the usual synthetic oil for my Toyota was not included for the price offered with the coupon.
Great dealership, great salesman, found my truck online, asked for pics of undercarriage and service history. After reviewing pics, I placed a deposit online and flew out with family to pick up the truck. The truck exceed my expectations in condition, the sales experience was great NO HIDDEN FEES OR PREP FEES! Signed paperwork and was out of the dealer and headed out of state in 30 minutes. I can’t say this enough, but every time White’s Honda goes above and beyond! On Christmas Eve, my car had to be jumped again. I called to see if they could check my battery. They fit me in and were so very helpful and pleasant! They saved me from possibly getting stuck on Christmas Eve in the cold! Everyone in their service department is so nice and helpful!
