I live an hour from Lima and called on the vehicle. Ashlie texted me photos as well as answered my questions then put the vehicle on hold while we traveled to the dealership. It was 5pm on a Friday night and never once did I feel rushed. The process seamless from purchasing with Ashlie to working with Max in financing. It was the most straightforward process. I would purchase from this dealership again and will refer others.

Overall great experience We had been looking for a Honda Element in roadtrip-worthy condition for a while. Saw one posted on White’s website. Contacted them and were able to schedule a test drive. Took a test drive of a 4Runner one afternoon. It wasn’t what we wanted but had a great experience with Ben. Ben offered us some other options but we weren’t ready to buy. We stopped at a dealership in Cincinnati and found exactly what my wife wanted but didn’t feel as comfortable with the salespeople. Told Ben what we wanted. Whites did a dealer trade with a comparable model. We got a cheaper price but we he experience was the best part. My wife loves her new 4Runner. Thank you whites.

I love that they will pick your vehicle up to have maintenance done. That is huge for me because I work long days. Not only do they pick it up, but they bring it back as well. I love the app that keeps you updated on the progress, and you get notifications about recommended services. My next vehicle will definitely be another Honda!
