After reviewing pics, I placed a deposit online and flew out with family to pick up the truck. The truck exceed my expectations in condition, the sales experience was great NO HIDDEN FEES OR PREP FEES! Signed paperwork and was out of the dealer and headed out of state in 30 minutes. The truck was fully serviced with all maintenance records and nice perc was a USB flashdrive with all the signed documents on it. If more dealerships were like White's Toyota they wouldn't have a bad reputation. If you want a great experience with no drama see Brandon.

My salesman did not reach back to me when he said he would call. We had a few questions about the vehicle and wanted to talk it over and talk with him. I asked about getting something fixed and it didn't happen. I should not have to repair it myself. He mentioned he is not a pressure salesman, I felt like his entire process was pressure tactics to make a sale. After the deposit was made, felt that we were no longer a "priority" with him. We were very impressed with our finance gentleman Matt, he was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful.

I gave the whole experience 5 stars only because I couldn't give more! David was great to work with and held true to Everything he promised. Special Thanks to Bib Overall Guy who removed pieces off the car from original owner. It was a cold rainy day but where he parked the car I got to watch him. I feel he took his time to make sure it was right and there was no residue from the pieces he took off. I traveled 2 hours to get this car and I couldn't be happier. Basically I bought it sight unseen, I feel I got a great deal and would absolutely buy another car from David sight unseen again.

David and Steve made this car buying process so easy! I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour! Quickest I’ve ever bought a car! I love how Steve took the time to show me the CarFax and explained everything to me! Both Steve and David were so easy to talk to! Also thank you to Grant for setting up my phone in my new car and taking time to explain everything and made sure I understood how to work all the stuff in my car!

White's is an excellent Toyota Dealership. From Ben Rees finding us the exact Grand Highlander we were looking for to the after sale service they are the best. We should know - after hurricane Ian and Hurricane Helene in Fort Myers Beach this will be our third new car purchase in four years. Hoping third time's a charm!

Great dealership, great salesman, found my truck online, asked for pics of undercarriage and service history. After reviewing pics, I placed a deposit online and flew out with family to pick up the truck. The truck exceed my expectations in condition, the sales experience was great NO HIDDEN FEES OR PREP FEES! Signed paperwork and was out of the dealer and headed out of state in 30 minutes. The truck was fully serviced with all maintenance records and nice perc was a USB flashdrive with all the signed documents on it. If more dealerships were like White's Toyota they wouldn't have a bad reputation. If you want a great experience with no drama see Brandon.

Sam was wonderful.
Sam was wonderful. What a great demonstration of team work. We had an appointment with Sam and he was with another customer and Luke stepped it to help Sam out. We were very impressed with these two young men. I purchased a new Toyota and will definitely do our business with this great company.

The whole dealership is easy to deal with . Grant Criblez is excellent to negotiate . We were looking for a car for our daughter living in Cincinnati. We could buy the car down there in Cincinnati but White Toyota dealership was reasonable, fair and friendly. That’s why I keep coming back. This is the 5th one I bought here.

Looked at the trucks online to see what was available.
Looked at the trucks online to see what was available. Went to Lima to look at the vehicles and was able to test drive them on the same day. Staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered a truck and received it in a matter of a week!
